Finding a replacement bicycle saddle clamp?

I have a Specialized Crossroads hybrid bicycle. I recently tinkered with the saddle and disassembled it, however i am unable to figure out how to reassemble the clamps to hold the saddle.

Is it possible to buy something similar to that and install?

I bought the damn thing off craigslist which did not come with a manual.
