Finding a literary agent?

Hey everyone, I'm 14 and i just finished my first full length fiction book about a girl who goes to a prestegious horseback riding boarding school. Personally i think its really good and i want to get it published but i want an agent first. Anyone have any suggestions for where i can find one? thank you
