Find the magnitude and direction angle of the vector?

So I know that the magnitude is sqrt13

About the direction angle...
SO, would I do
tan^-1=3/2

x= 56.3

OR

sqrt13cosx=3
cosx=3/sqrt13

cos^-1=3/sqrt13

x= 33.7

I'm just lost.
