In the music industry it appears many Afro Amer trust others to manage their finances as a consequence they end up in debt or impoverished. There are many everyday Afro Amer who seem to be in debt unable to manage their finances. Why is there a large proportion of Afro-Amer in large debt unable to manage their finances? Who will teach how to budget manage finances etc? Why does this appear to be a culturally indigenous problem?
