Ok, so my roommate/bestfriend from high school has a large delema! He had his first semester paid for and the second semester was going to get finished with a loan. Well that loan didnt come though, and i am freaking and so is he that he wont be able to finish college. What can we do for to either get a new loan or other ways to help pay?
