I don't see my dad very often and we aren't very close though i still love him. I am in my final grade of high school and I need him to offer some financial help. My mother has offered her support- though this is not enough!
My dad is going through a midlife crisis and he is jet setting all over the world with his new wife and he has also just bought a new car. So he has money he can help me with though he just spends it all on holidays and new toys like motorbikes, cars, iphones and other things.
My sister who is a little closer with him gets whatever she asks for though i feel slightly guilty for asking so much... I know i shouldn't...
How should I ask him too "donate" a thousand dollars or a new laptop or something like that? How do i ask him to help?
