I need help with a financial project i am doing for my finance class. I am doing a project on the S&P 500 Index. We were instructed to draw profit loss graphs for the S&P 500 and i had no problems with that. The first graph was to draw the S&P 500 as a function of price at expriation, and the second one was to draw one as a function of price of derivative. I know i got the graphs right, the professor told me that. Each graph looks exactly the same and what i need help with is that he told me the story behind each one is different, what is the difference between the stories??
