Financial/Auditing related, help needed?

I've looked at many financial statements (i.e. balance sheet and income statement) by different companies but can't seem to find one accompanied by an audit report expressing an unqualified (adverse) opinion.

Any help is much appreciated.

look in the company's annual report. the opinion is always in there.

you will never find opinion attached to single statement such as balane sheet. the opinion relates to all financial statements and the notes.

that is why you need to find annual report to shareholders.
