A Adf New member May 9, 2010 #1 For the vertification sheet it request to have W-2 Forms sent in if you did not fail for tax return. Where do i get W-2 Forms? My parents doesn't work because they are retired. And i myself do not work either. So do i need to send any W-2 forms in?
