Can I apply for financial aid at another university?
I did not got suspended because my GPA was low its actually 3.3. I had to pass 70% of my semester class, and failed the upper level math classes two semester in a row. Since I couldn't pay my next semester I worked and while at it I apply to the university I really wanted to go to and got accepted.
