I'm currently a high school senior in Washington State and planning to continue on to college next year. My question is on the topic of financial aid scholarships.
Most of these financial aid deals are focused on family income (which stands to reason). Now, my family as it is right now does not fall under the category of needing aid. However, once I am 18, I am being kicked out of the house, and neither of my parents will be aiding me with college in any way. I will be supporting myself with a fairly low income job that falls within the purview of these financial aid scholarships.
Does anybody know if I would qualify for financial aid scholarships for college once I am out of the house and on my own?
