my financial aid report tells me that im eligible of pell grant which is about $4900.
I got my refund today through higher one but the amount is only $145.
I'm still at a community college and just taking three classes( approx=$260)
Am I going to receive another refund? if not, what happened to the rest of the money?
i'm currently attending both ELAC and LACC due to class shortage.
i'm not an international student
one more thing, i havent bought any books yet and I applied for the financial aid after paying my spring classes(around end of May). They told me that my financial aid would be good for this fall semester.
