Ok, I am transferring colleges and I have been approved for HOPE so I know when I register for classes that my tuition will be paid as long as I keep my grades up. Also, I got awarded PELL to help pay for my books. But, will I get PELL before I start my classes so that I can go buy my books? I was told by other students that I will probably not get PELL until the second week of classes. How in the world am I spouse to do my school work for 2 weeks if I dont have my books yet? How does it work? Thanks so much for your help!!!
