I have a friend who is a little over 30. She has two kids and is married. She doesnt work and want to go to a technical college to get a diploma or certificate in something. I'm not sure how much her husband brings home but I know they DONT have the money to pay for her to go to school. Will she have to pay for her school since her husband is working or will financial aid cover it for her.
