So the problem is that originally, I only had to pay $1700 for the tuition because my financial aid would have covered the rest of the cost. But after a week, I went back to check my status and it said I had $2000 past due. The due date was last week. But then I went to check my financial aid status and it says it was pending. So now I'm confused. I tried to call the office earlier and they said they were closed until the 2nd of January.
Should I wait until the 2nd (I start school on the 4th) and call them to ask them what the problem seems to be? Or should I (this is what I am thinking to do) just go ahead and pay for the tuition first, then call them on the 2nd, and if they messed up, ask them to send a rebound check back to me those $2000; or is that even possible?
