okay so heres the thing guys, i'm a college freshman. and college is supposed to start in the next 2 days. but i live in new york city and well, the thing is i attended a university like a week ago, and decided that i have a chance to go to a college with my major because i was already accepted to it just never realized they HAD MY MAJOR. (pharmacy). so i attended SUNY Oswego for about 10k. soon i realized Long island university brooklyn campus had a pharmacy major, i just dropped out of oswego and went to LIU instead. the thing is, when i went to oswego i had grants. tap grant, pell grant, blah blah and it came out to about 5 thousand a semester. i withdrew from Oswego and went to LIU in such a short time i dont know how to transfer the grants. college starts in 2 days literally and i have to pay 17k to go. how do i get the financial aid transfer i want? i went to fafsa.edu or fafsa.gov or whatever and i did add a school code and i found my college choices and deleted everything except for LIU. but now what? can they make me a financial aid package or do i get nothing now? i want that 5k of grants!. and if i do end up paying the 17k first. would they still give me the 5k of grants in a refund or something? please answer. thanks.
