okay, so I have been receiving financial aid, but I was put on financial probation 3 semesters ago, and it was only supposed to be 2 semesters, so they messed up and didnt count a semester where I went half time. so pretty much I was on financial aid probation this fall 2010 semester when I wasnt supposed to I contacted my financial aid advisor and she said since I passed summer 2010 and spring 2010 successfully that I would have to file an appeal, and if passed I can get Financial aid spring 2011, and they may be able to pay me for this semester retro-actively? what does retroactively mean? and how hard is it to get an appeal approved?
