Hi I filed my Fafsa on July 1st however the school didnt' receive it until recently so now I have received a letter saying I qualify for a financial aid package but will need to front tuition until it comes in since it may not arrive before the deadline of Aug 28th.
I have a EFC of 0 how can I come up with $1500+ in the next 3 weeks?
Does the university offer a temp loan option?
Can I use a credit card?
How long until I will be reimbursed?
Perhaps my roommate can help me out assuming the money will be repaid fairly promptly.
I am also worried all the classes will be taken as I am still awaiting readmission. Does the 12 credit full time minimum allow me to sign up for electives if all my essential classes are taken or do electives not count. I just want to get my foot in the door before I miss yet another year of school.
