I don't know if every state is different but I live in Kentucky and to be independent you have to be 25 or married. I'm only 21but get no financial support from my parents. I live on my own so I pay for my own rent, cell phone bill, insurance and car payments and trying to put myself in school but only if i get finanical aid. Will I not be quilfied for it if I show all of what i pay for on my own?
