If anyone could help me out it would be great. Ok, in 2006 I graduated high school and enrolled at the local community college. I applied for financial aid and was denied. I took $900 worth of classes (which I paid for on a credit card) and ended up dropping out. I tried to return to the same community college two years later and I was told that I was on financial aid probation.....even though I never received any aid (make sense to anyone? I'm confused). Now, four years later, I actually have some direction in life and have decided which career to pursue. I can apply as a non-dependent now and I was just wondering if I'm still going to be on financial aid probation, cause if I am, I'm screwed. (oh, and someone told me to petition the college's financial aid office, but since I never received aid how can I petition?) COMPLETELY AND UTTERLY CONFUSED! Any help or insight would be very much appreciated. I just don't know what to do
