Financial Aid Help - Where am i in the proecess?

I attend community college and have filed my fasfa online and then confirmed the information at my school. The information i have so far is that my EDC = 1622 and i can get a Pell Grant = $3900. I haven't heard anything since ive turned my last paperwork in ( copy of w-2 / taxes for my parents and I ). I was wondering if there is a schedule in which the disburse the financial aid and if there is any way i can find out how far along in the process i am. Thank You
