Why is it that there are so many people who need financial aid in America,
yet so little places where you can get help for it?
Okay, that's not really the question I wanted to ask here,
but I just wanted to vent about it for a bit...it's just so stressful.
My real question:
So for the last two semesters of my freshman year at college,
I paid my tuition/colelge expenses through scholarships/grants, Stafford Loans, and my parent's direct plus loan.
For the next coming semesters, I want to pay through student loans instead of parent's direct plus loan.
How do I go about doing that?
How do I find a private/alternative loan company that is willing to lend me a loan under my name instead of my parent's?
And do you have any names of private student loan companies and such that you would recommend?
Any other information would be greatly appreciated.
