I moved to Virginia around DEcember and I realllly want to attend a Virginia college...Will financial aid pay for out of state tuition????? I have to live here for 12 month before I qualify for in state tuition... HELP AND ADVICE???? I dont have time to wait a year!!! ALSO I know Ill receive financial aid. DO they pay out of state tuition?
