im on financial aid probation since 2008 but that year i didn't attend school so this fall i registered for 5 courses and this are the grades i got
B - 9 quality points
C - 6 " "

my GPA is 2.0 and total from all my courses is 2.18
and this week i went to register and everything went ok until i was asked to go to the financial aid office....the lady there told me i had to wait til today to go ask if i was qualified to receive my spring financial aid because she said the financial aid administration will evaluate my progress.
so i went today and they told me i had to pay for my classes cause the results would not be posted until january.....the thing is i don´t have the money( i registered for another 5 courses) so the guy that helped me told me to return on january the 5th to see if financial aid wanted to help me pay
my question is...why then they helped me with my fall courses but not with my spring courses??? where can i go and ask cause this people is not that helpful...please someone guide me
