I am in the process of transferring colleges, I have already entered the new school code that I want to transfer to and I am just waiting on that to process. My question is when I withdraw from my current college how will the Department of Education know that I am transferring? I dont want them to think I just dropped out and I dont want them to bill me if I am just transferring colleges. How will they know? Thanks for your help! Also, after I get my verification sheet back that I turned in to the new college will they tell me what I qualify for? Is that the way it works? Thanks for your help!
