Hello, I just finished my 3rd semester at a community college. I have unfortunately been put on financial aid suspension, due to my low gpa. I recently have been diagnosed with ADD and began taking Adderall XR. I have been noticing very positive changes in class when focusing, but I have yet to prove the pill's good effects on my focus since I just recently began taking this pill and the semester is already over.
I know the reason why I was struggling so bad during my first two semesters had A LOT to do with my ADD. So do you guys believe this would be a good, valid reason to write an appeal letter for my suspended financial aid? I am confident more then ever that adderall is going to help me raise my gpa and be successful! I just do not want the financial aid officers to believe I am using this as an excuse--I DO take on full responsibility for my grades! Thank you so much for any answers, i'll rate 5!
