Basically I had written up a document for an 8 k loan for the year. They told me It was approved but I never got the money. Back in April-May I signed my stuff my Financial Aid, they're now telling me I owe Documents and I can't get it until I send them in. This is all information I'm just finding out on the first of July, three months after I applied for my loan and aid which is only supposed to take 4-6 weeks.
On top of the Documents thing, I don't owe any. On my account it tells me why I don't get my money and what's happening. All of my documents are in.

How am I missing Documents? I Emailed them almost two weeks ago about it and they never replied. Last year the same thins happened, they told me I would get my loan within the next two weeks, and I had gotten it a month and a half later. I had to keep going up to the school and bothering them about it.
Can i just drop out and go somewhere else after I get my money? I'm getting increasingly annoyed that this keeps happening. it happened with my sister. She can't get her money until she sends her loan papers in, even if she doesn't want the loan. :/
Also, my aid says it's not for 11-12 it's for 2012 spring and fall which doesn't make any sense!
