financial aid and immigration?

i have a conditional residence card I-55c and am thinking of applying for financial aid for 2009-2010. will there be any problem removing conditions after 2 yrs? will i be still eligible to apply for citizenship in 3 yrs? by the way my uncle sponsor me during the paperwork process.
 
Have your uncle be your financial aid since he's the one who sponsored you. Better him help you than tax payers.
