so there is this mobile home for sale,(California) it's a single wide i believe that is what you call it, 2 bdrm 1bth. it sits on a foundation it is old and it's definitely a fixer upper. the space rent is $350, not including utilities. The woman who is selling it is trying to sell it a.s.a.p for $5,000 cash(might be able to lower it) and wants the money by the end of next month, i want to buy it and fix it up, and move in. what i want to know which kind of paperwork i will have to do, and if there is anyway she might be ripping me off??? and if you believe this is a good price for a mobile home.. i don't want to buy it to fix it then sell it, I want to buy it fix it, and live in it, until i finish school, and can afford to get a house. It is better than renting a $800.00 apartment right?let me know what you think.thanks (btw it is located in a middle/lower class neighborhood, it's safe.)
