Here is my situation I am 43 years old, I am working full time and attending the local community college part time. I have calculated that in three years time, I will transfer. I do not want to get a loan, at this stage of my life, and so I will be saving money to pay for my tuition and living expenses. So, I am looking at least $50,000
I also want to have an additional savings put aside.
SO HERE IS WHAT MY FINANCES LOOK LIKE:
Personal Financial Situation
Annual Gross Salary: $40k
Mortgage: $0 All paid off ($800.00 rental income)
Outstanding Debts: $ 0 Paid outstanding debt off 2 years ago.
Savings: $10,000+ (currently)
Retirement: $65,000.00/I.R.A.
Goal: To build a savings of at least $50,000 for College Tuition/Living expenses.
And Build up Regular Savings account.
Help! suggestions please!
Serious educated advice only. Thanks!
