I need help with my financial. I live in California. I need to file this civil lawsuit soon and I must file no matter what. 99% that I am win this case but this matter they don't take contingency agreement.

In invest 150,000.00 dollars and five years to produce 500 pieces of beautiful fine oil painting. Now, the economic fail and my investment back home was taking from my relative and I am broke all I have only $5,000.00 dollars in my name so I can't open a gallery beside the economic is death right now.

If the economic come back good, my oil painting could double or triple of my invested.

I need to file a civil lawsuit is worth $75,000.00 dollar. ( someone fraud taken $35,000.00 dollars from me) This attorney out of my State she never lose a case that same matter that I have.

But she charge $8,000.00 dollar and $7,000.00 for her travel expensive plus percent afterward that make up $30,000.00 dollars for her fee because she will have to pay some for an attorney here.

You might tell me to forget the lawsuit but that not an option. I try to forget it but my anger never go away. I needed to file this lawsuit or I will have mental break out that how bad I want to take their business down

1) I can rent a room put my oil painting in storage and save the rent money to pay for her.

2) rent a house so I can source out and take picture of my 500 oil painting to sale on the website and get my investment back and pay for her.

3) File a lawsuit as pro per and request for continuation, I know how to do it and it had takes me three months to research but I did very good, I have an attorney look at this statement and he said I did well . How long can I ask for continuation?

4) I have an attorney in California she know how to file a civil lawsuit but she did not know anything about this matter but she willing to take $10,000.00 throughout the months.

My main question is should I rent a house so I can have room for my oil painting and sale on the Internet?
or I sit on my $150,000.00 dollars and wait for the economic getting better. or I should sell it with no profit get my money back and forget my 5 years that I spent to have that much oil painting?
