My determination to move out of state while Im pregnant is very strong. My husband left and I filed divorce. At that time the state gave me health benefits because I didnt have an income. Now that the divorce is final and he pays spousal maintenence and Im working part time my wages and S.M. is low enough to still be eligable for health benefits through the staten and WIC. My question is that since hes always late and behind since this was court ordered and Im wanting to move out of state for a full time high paying job to support myself, will I loose my babies health insurance through the state and will I loose my WIC and will I no longer be eligable through SRS for daycare? I live in Ks and want to move to Co. Anyone know anything about this because its a big decision. I dont want to sit back and be broke and living off of the state, though health insurance to give birth to a baby can't be cheap. Any advice?
