No drilling required..simply remove your seat Like the video points out..unlike the plastic ones,it will not break,crack,or fall off.. they work very well and can be customized..
 
I'm using the RJ Originals much like this product it has a nice clean look with no drilling. I might add that it doesn't provide nearly as much coverage. This of course is all dependent upon what you are ultimately after. I wanted a balance between aesthetics and heat protection so it works for me.
