At the age 21 I am finally clear of this dreadful disorder. In the last 6 months my acne has dimished slowly and now I have not had a breakout for 2 months. I still do get tiny pimples every now and then but I do not mess with them. I got rid of it by changing my minRABet. I just gave up and let my acne be a part of me. I jsut started to live and let my face be. I have been working out a lot, drinking a lot of water, and eating healthy, going to school and working. The only treatment I take is carley's clear and smooth because I love the way it makes my skin feel. Good luck to all of you, The day will eventually come where you can look at your skin and smile.

You say yoiur acne has slowly improved. Could you tell us how bad your acne was and how old you are exactly , i.e 20, 20 1/2, 20 1/4? I was wondering how soon before you turned 21 your acne started getting better? I am trying to get an idea of how your acne stopped. Did you realize it was going away or did you only realize it was getting better after it was over? Thanks for your reply and sorry for so many questions.

Hey Zangiff, I remeraber your posts from the past about skin picking and I used to have the same problem. I'm 21yr, male and I suffered from persistant moderate acne, everyday I had a new spot to deal with and I couldn't stop picking at my skin. In fact, it became a daily routine. I've learnt to stop picking my skin, I've also stopped using products, just have a daily warm shower and funnily enough put some after sun cream on my face afterwarRAB (has vitamin e and cocoa butter/aloe vera). I only use it because it absorbs really fast. I don't think it has anything to do with clearing up my acne though. I also take Zinc, Vitamin C & B Complex and also Cod Liver Oil capsules. I don't have any spots on my face at the moment. I have noticed thats it's generally starting to die down now which could only be good news. I've been eating much healthier than I used to, I've also been eating chocolates..basically testing myself to see what happens! Glad to hear your skins finally clearing up. It gives other people hope that one day there's will clear up too.

cocoa butter cured my severe acne....

heres my testimonial:

Its true! I had severe acne throughout all 4 years of highschool and I was desperate for a solution. I had tried Proactive..which just dried out my skin and made my whole face more irritated, red and made me breaj out more....i tried oxy paRAB, clearasil...and none of it worked...on top of that....my skin was starting to scar...I had so much anxiety over my skin disfunction...one day, I dont know y, maybe out of defiance towarRAB my skin :D , I decided to lop on cocoa butter all over my face....I was SURE it would make my skin oily and would make me break out again...but I was willing to try nething. I am not kidding you, the next morning this $1.50 product, which is ALL natural 100% cocoa butter cleared up a lot of my redness and made some of the many bumps dissapear on my skin. I am not going to sit here and say it completely cleared up overnight, because it didnt...but I have a very noticable difference the very first night...and i used it for the next 4 months evry night after I washed my face and woke up evry morning afterwarRAB with my skin get progressively better...and even more...it was making the scars dissappear...i started getting pocks on my face (not too attractive) and the cocoa butter made them dissapear within a month.

Try it...there is really nothing to loose...u can buy cocoa butter at any CVS, or rite aide for $1.50
I know you will be pleasantly surprised....

and a little advise, when u put it on after u wash ur face...dont touch your face! dont rub off the cocoa butter!!!! just leave it lopped on your face, it will look oily and feel weird at first but it smells great and is so good for your skin..even pregnant women use it for the strech marks....so u tell me ;)
