[Final Fantasy VII] Can you return to Corel Prison at all?

I'm aware that once you complete the whole stuff with Dyne in the Prison, you're not able to return to the prison via the desert, but is there any way at all to get back? I seem to have forgotten an Enemy-Skill. :(
