Film lighting outdoors?

Hi, I am trying to figure out how to light a scene outdoors, specifically at night in the woods? I have a music video that I shot in the woods during the day time that came out great, but the artist wants to make a remix of the song and he wants to do it at night. I am also planning to shoot a short film in a wooded area and would like not to be restricted to just filming during the day time.

So, how do film makers light a wooded area? I hate using the shoe mount lighting method. It looks horrible. Are there any special lights they use, or any lighting techniques? Are there any tutorials online, or any reading material you suggest?

Any info is useful! Thanks!

Film makers use huge arch lamps, from 2k to much, much more, like 6k

Here is one link that list those type lights and the daily cost of renting them
