I live in a house with another person and the Landlord. We put a non-smoking sign recently because of health reason, I have copd and a heart condition. When he first moved in, we haven't objected, but he smoking went from bad to worse plus he burn incense and all that with his door wide open even after we told him, you can smoke but shut the door an circulate the air. He has done nothing, he continue smoking with his door open, burning his incense and his drinking became intolerable. The landlord agree with me but yet he wont evict him because he pays is rent. The question is not about the money is about his inconsideration about other people around him. Someone told me that I can file an injunction on him myself without the landlord, even though he agrees with me he don't want to get involve legally. Can I file the injunction myself.
