filed insurance claim on my 8900, what phone will they give me?

i dropped my Audiovox CDM-8900 and it cracked the screen. i just made an insurance claim and i'm wondering what phone they will give me considering the cdm-8900 is not made anymore. are they going to give me the same phone again or the upgraded version which is the cdm-8910?
 
my 8900 sounds was messed up so i took it to the shop they said i had a 1 year insurance thing.... so they gave me a brand new phone and it works great! just take your phone to the shop and ask them about it
