Is it too late? We filed chapter 7 saying we were going to surrender our house. We found a way to be able to afford it if we don't contribute to retirement for awile. Is it to late to keep it? Is it not under foreclosre but we have to pay a certain amount by June 16th. If we can pay it would we still be able to keep our house?
