file renaming is easy if it's just one file but what if it's a web page

complete? the html must match folder .? when I rename a long file name that represents a web page and it has an attatched folder called webpage_files windows will tell me that reading the one html document will not work because the folder_files that contains the java script and .jpgs and .gifs and other elements will no longer be associated with it, so if I wanted to rename 100 web pages complete I would have to rename each one of the html documents one by one but then I would have to rename the sub folders linked to each html document. Is there a work around tool you can download that will enable the renaming of long file names associated with web pages downloaded with complete documentation that would also rename the website_files associated with website.html?
Running Windows xp.

example of a long file name is this web page:
If I downloaded this web page it would look like this on my desktop:
http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?link=ask_add&qid=20100914100232AA6ftfx

and there would be a icon representing this specific html.
But besides it, in addition to the hyper text markup language represented here there would be also a separate folder called:
http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?link=ask_add&qid=20100914100232AA6ftfx_files.

Now that's a long file name, way over 62 characters.
If I should save as
YahooDetails.html
the page would download as
YahooDetails.html
and the folder that goes with it would be
YahooDetails_files
By doing this would make both the html and the sub folder have the same names and they would therefore work together and they both would be shorter file names.
