Figure skaters diet && lifestyle..?

I eat healthy. I want to be a little more healthy thoughh. I hate all fast food and soda, so i dont have to cut that out because i never eat it. (:
how often should i exercise? I try to stretch often. Also, what are some good foods that give me loads of energy? I skate 3-4 times a week, and if it even matters, i'm trying to land doubles.
 
Seems like you're on the right track, and good for you! I can't really say much more, because you're already eating healthy (by cutting out fast food and soda). Remember to eat all your fruits and veggies, and eat three times a day (and also remember that breakfast if the most important meal of the day as it give you energy for the day.) Don't forget to treat yourself to some yummy dessert every once in a while. =P
Exercise as often as you can, but NEVER over do it. Know your body's limits, and stay under them. Stretching is always good for you, and remember to stretch before you go on the ice so that you don't get hurt.
Stores sell those energy bars that taste like fruit, and are pretty good. Those energy drinks are extremely bad for you, as they contain tons of sugar and caffiene. Don't forget water when you go skating, because that can also boost your energy.
