what r some good ones with swords and magic??? lulz i sound like a nerdz. xD anywayz i dont like games with just fighting with ur hands.
 
super mario smash bros brawl

it's a good game, but I dunno if that's what kind of game you're looking for
 
Soul Caliber 4 comes out June 25th. This is going to be your best option if you can wait. You only use weapons in this game and it is also going to include darth vader and yoda this time around. Yoda is just for 360 and vader is just for ps3. Looks sweet.

Try Oblivion. It's great, it has like over 100hrs worth of play in it.
 
Dragon-ball Z Burst limit has magic-like-stuff and Trunks has a sword and it's fighting game. :) But you fight mostly with your hands, it's gonna be released July 16th 2008
The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess is also good.
