this is the story, I was having a party at my house. Our neighbors called the cop cause he asked some kid if that was a beer in his hand when he was outside he said yes. SO the cops came, I was outside when they were pulling down my streets so i ran inside locked all the doors. Cops came to the front door and my deck door. I was the only one upstairs. No alchohal was up here, it was all in the basement. So they said open the door. I opened the door to talk to them, and right as i cracked it open he barged in and shoved me out of the way. and said what do you think your doing... i said what are you doing you cant do that. We went to the court and the first court was like "we dont investigate about illegal entreis blahablah. So we appealed and are going to a higher court. Can we get the court case diismissed because of Illegal Entry
