fight between marine and army reservists?

both were at the bowling alley on base and struck up a conversation.both were drinking alcohol.preparing for deployment to Afghanistan.Army soldier showed pic of wife to marine.Marine said I am going to fuck ur wife......army reservists hit him and fight started.MP's came and took them both.What will happen with this.Can the marine file an assault charge and will it stand up .and what will be the long term consequences if the army soldier is convicted re his military status.No smart answers please this is serious
