I need help for a medical question on a pretest.
The only question i'm having troubles getting exactly right is this one:
Fifteen year old female patient, Healthy and active. Over the past week the female patient has been complaining of chest and back pain when inhaling, rattling sound in chest when taking deep breath. Coughing up yellow and green mucus. Oxygen level is 95. No asthma reported in family. Patient is having Irregular breathing. Temperature is normal, blood pressure is slightly low. What is this patients diagnoses?
My first answer was Bronchitis, then asthma, neither seems to be the right answer.
Anyone have any suggestions? 10 points to whoever has the best answer
Pneumonia = She has 3/10 of the symptoms.
I'm looking for something more closer to the symptoms.
It doesn't state that she does
I was thinking that as well, plus it fits more into her symptoms
