FIFA 12 for Ipad help PLEASE?

I'm going bonkers. I have a team, i've won every game, but i can't make a dime of money! wtf? not only that, but i don't know how to sell players. i looked up how to do it, but there is NEVER the option to do it. someone please tell me what to do because it's a really fun game, but it's kind of pointless if i can't figure out how to do these essential things.
