Fido - Phone question !?

I'm stuck between two types of phones, ahaa. I've been with Fido from the start and I'm staying that way, I currently have the Moto W233 and I wanted to upgrade, which phone is best?
Option 1; Fido LG Xenon
Option 2; Fido LG Gossip
Option 3; Fido LG Neon TE365
