I live in Canada, I am getting a new cellphone plan MYSELF tomorrow, because in the good olden days my mom paid my cellphone fees lol.. and I was wondering do you have to be 19 in order to get a new plan yourself? I am 18 right now....
In america it's 18 and older, unless it's different in canada you should be fine. Keep in mind they'll probably do a credit check and you will probably have a deposit for lack of credit. Not bad credit, just no credit.
