Fido black berry 9300 question plan!?

So hi. i'm thinking about getting 9300 becuase is newer than 8520. I just have a problem about the plan. when i click on it i said pick a plan 25,30,35+ data plan. But 8520 doesn't have the data plan. For 9300 do i have to pay extra 10dollars on the data? If i want go to like best buy and buy it. And i want BBM with it. Please help me.
 
For most phone companies they charge an extra 10$ for the extra blackberry things ie: BBM, Personal Mail, Business Mail, ect. It depends what phone company you have. Since it is a smartphone not a feature phone you might have to get a data plan.
