I remember watching a show on some science channel several years ago where they showed a device on a building's roof that collected sunlight and sent it through some cables (fiber optic?) into the building and downstairs to a garden. The sun light shone out of the other other end and the garden grew, they actually said it was better for the plants because the harmful rays were filtered. What is this called and is it available for commercial use? Thanks.
